How can I find my Top Agent?

1. Fill in our brief Search Form here.
2. We will then send you your property profiler which is a report summarising the market in your location, including latest listings, price comparisons and sales history. Your report is packed full of information so you can better understand your property value and what’s happening in your marketplace. You can buy this information online here for $150 but we supply the information for free!

3. We will then complete the research and find you your top agent(s). Our research is based on the most up to date independent industry data data not available to the general public, including sales statistics and profiling in order to find agents with a proven record of selling similar properties to yours in your suburb. There is no obligation to use an agent recommended to you. We do not pass on your property or contact details to any agents without your permission.   No risk, no cost to you!

How Do You Get Paid?

If an agent that we have recommended to you sells your property then that agent pays us a small marketing referral fee. This fee is 25% less than what agents would pay each other for internal office referals. We also offer marketing services to agents to help them with their own marketing efforts.

The commission you pay the agent on your sale is standard as per the terms you agree with your agent/agency.

With our service you will have the facts to find your Top Local Agent. Nine times out of ten we recommend one agent and give you a second and third option to choose from.

However, what we don’t do is give advice on selling real estate, nor do we give advice on how you should sell or market your property – this is the job of a licenced real estate agent. Our job is to help find the best agent for a vendor based on your requirements which can vary from person to person.

The fee for this is $875 plus GST. This includes a full report and three agents based on house sales, property types and location for the last six months. Turn around is 48 hrs.
