How can I find my Top Agent?

2. We will then send you your property profiler which is a report summarising the market in your location, including latest listings, price comparisons and sales history. Your report is packed full of information so you can better understand your property value and what’s happening in your marketplace.

3. We will then complete the research and find you your top agent(s). Our research is based on the most up to date independent industry data (which is not available to the general public), including sales statistics and profiling in order to find agents with a proven record of selling similar properties.

Note that there is no obligation to use an agent recommended to you.  We do not pass on your property or contact details to any agents without your permission which means no risk or cost to you!

How Do You Get Paid?

If an agent that we have recommended to you sells your house then that agent pays us a marketing referral fee. So, no sale means no payday for us!

The commission you pay the agent on your sale is standard as per the terms you agree with your agent/agency.
