Our Property Consultants
The idea for Top Agent was born in 2015 when we went to sell our own property. After spending weeks trawling through papers and websites to try and work out who was the best person to sell our property in our location and price range, we thought there just had to be a better way. Like everyone, we thought we were aware of the agents in our area but we just had no factual data to support who really would be our top local agent.
We’re based in Auckland New Zealand and have a passion for Real Estate. As a small team of passionate property nuts, we spend our time trawling the internet and social media. We have access to independent data and sales statistics not freely available to the general public. We use all this data to find your Top Local Agent.
We don’t use technical jargon, we keep things plain and simple.

How We Find Your Best Top Agent
We have developed our own unique method of searching for agents in your location that have sold homes of 'similar value'. Our aim is to identify the 20% of agents who sell 80% of the property. We then narrow it down even further whilst considering the uniqueness of your particular property.
